Entry is open to Victorian residents only, who are over the age of 18. Employees of the promoter (and their immediate families), and agencies associated with the promoter (and their immediate families) are ineligible to enter.
The promotional period is 21/8/18 to 11:59pm 28/8/18.

To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, provide all required details, as well as a complete answer to the question “Tell us your favourite Tyrrell’s wine variety, and why?”.
The competition will have one (1) winner
The Promoter reserves the right, at anytime, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
The winner will be notified via phone and must respond within 72 hours of being notified. Failure to respond may result in their win being void at the discretion of the promoter, and an alternate winner may be chosen in their place.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit of the answer provided to the question and the uniqueness of their answer.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The total prize is 12 bottle case of Tyrrell’s Vat 1 Semillon valued at $85.00 each including GST
The total value of this prize is $1020 total incl gst
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
Any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. Entries will not be returned to any entrant. As a condition of entering into this promotion, each entrant licenses the Promoter to use their entry in any media for an unlimited period for any reason including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that each entry submitted is an original literary work of the entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third party. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all costs and claims by third parties arising from a breach of this warranty. Entrants consent to any use of their entry, which may otherwise infringe their moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
If this promotion is interfered within any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify an entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia(“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot bylaw be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter(including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d)any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e)any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
